Have to:
1) Remove split, take out the underlining from the headings and remove row 1.
2) change existing XL headings from SECTION No.& TITLE to: SECTION
                               from SUB-SECTION to:  SUB_SECTION1
                               from ITEM TITLE to: TITLE
                               from LOAN? to LOAN (no question mark)
3) Add Sub_Section2 Column
4) For the long SUB-SECTION field items, cut and paste the last parts into the new SUB_SECTION2 column (particularly prevalent in SECTION 3)
5) On line c/1184, the blank date field may have a space in it, so used delete key to ensure it was empty
6) On line c/2682, change date from 1971/2 to 1971 and put 1971/2 into title field.
